Trawnegan (Trawn) Gall
Trawnegan (Trawn) Gall is a licensed general securities representative (FINRA series 7 and 63) at Cornerstone and offers tax advantaged, securitized real estate investments through WealthForge Securities LLC (member FINRA, SIPC). He specializes in Delaware statutory trusts as like-kind properties for 1031 exchange but has extensive experience with a variety of other securitized real estate-based offerings. Since 2014, Trawn has brokered over $350 million in equity into real estate investments with over 750 individual transactions.
After graduating from Pomona College with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 1990, he spent 20 years abroad working with non-profits organizations specializing in community outreach programs. During this time, he played an integral role in strategic planning of international operations, project management, personnel development, negotiations, problem-solving, budgeting, and financial planning. Trawnegan has a passion for languages and linguistics. In addition to English, he is fluent in Russian, Hebrew, and French. He has studied Latin, Greek, Japanese, Chinese, German and Cebuano. He is an avid skier, mountain biker, and hiker, nearly always accompanied by his now teenage son.
Trawnegan is a passionate advocate of industry best practices encouraging all parties he works with to continue to advance the industry through adopting and adhering to uniform best practices. He continues to add to his knowledge and experience of this niche area of real estate investment through due diligence events, industry conferences and networking. He is a co-author of Modern Real Estate Investing, the Delaware Statutory Trust.
